We are committed to providing policy-based microfinance support so that everyone can benefit from a financial safety net without discrimination.

Policy-based microfinance is an institutional mechanism that guarantees a minimum right of access to finance for people who may otherwise be left behind in the market. KINFA serves as Korea’s financial infrastructure that ensures this right works in practice.

Through loan guarantee programs such as Sunshine Loan Standard Guarantee, Sunshine Loan Special Guarantee, and Sunshine Loan Youth, KINFA continues to expand opportunities for financially vulnerable to access formal financial services. We also provide low-interest direct loan products to help protect vulnerable groups who are at risk of falling victim to illegal private lending.

In addition, KINFA supports young people, the future generation of our society, in developing sound financial habits and building stable assets through savings products, financial counseling, and financial education.

We also provide tailored, integrated support in areas such as employment and welfare, along with self-reliance support services including credit and debt management consulting, consulting for sole proprietors, and financial education. Through these efforts, we are working to build a systematic support framework that enables people to grow together with finance.

Going forward, KINFA will do its utmost to help ensure that finance is guaranteed as a basic right and that low-income and vulnerable groups can achieve economic self-reliance.
