Foundation of inclusive finance for healthy financial life
Main Functions and Roles
- Financial Support
- Providing guarantees and loan support for the working class who have difficulty accessing institutional financial services, and supporting asset building for the future advancement of the financially vulnerable.
- Strengthening Financial Capabilities
- Performing roles such as financial education, credit and debt management consulting, self-employment consulting, and employment support to assist the practical self-reliance of the working class and vulnerable groups.
- Protection of Original Rights Holders of Dormant Deposits
- Protecting the rights of original owners by providing inquiry and payout services for dormant deposits (insurance money) whose statute of limitations has expired, in accordance with the 「Act on the Support for the Financial Life of the Working Class」 and contribution agreements with financial institutions.
- Customized Counseling
- Providing customized comprehensive services through nationwide Integrated Financial Support Centers for the Working Class and the 1397 Call Center.
