Main Functions and Roles
- Financial Support
- Providing credit guarantees and microloan support for financially vulnerable who face barriers to access formal financial institutions, and supporting asset building to ensure greater financial stability.
- Strengthening Financial Capabilities
- Providing financial education, credit and debt management consulting, consulting for sole proprietors, employment support, and other services to help low-income and low-credit individuals and financially vulnerable groups achieve practical self-reliance.
- Protecting Original Right Holders of Dormant Deposits
- Protecting the rights of original right holders by providing inquiry and payout services for dormant deposits and dormant insurance payouts, in accordance with the Microfinance Support Act and contribution agreements with financial institutions.
- Customized Counseling
- Providing tailored and comprehensive counseling services through nationwide Financial Inclusion Support Centers and the ☎1397 Inclusive Finance Call Center.
